RETAINED HR SERVICES
This service provided by HR Initiatives Ltd provides reliable and regular access to professional and expert Human Resources advice and support. This retained service can be offered to you as our client and by arrangement, to your client base if this service would be of benefit and you wish to enhance your own value added client services. Health and Safety services can be added to this retained service if desired.
Our retained service consists of:
- A help and advice line via telephone or e-mail with unlimited calls. This service is available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Guidance will be provided to minimise your risk as an employer with any potential staff issues. Consultancy time can be built in to the monthly retainer if you require more hands-on support).
- The provision of a Management Administration Guide to provide you with information on how to carry out your HR responsibilities. This includes comprehensive 'how to' guidelines, template forms and letters required during the course of people management, e.g., new starts, inductions, managing absence, managing poor performance etc. This can be provided in either a hard or soft copy. The Guide is Free with the retained service.
- Regular Service Visits (Two per annum as a minimum) to the head office site or alternative designated site lasting approximately 1 hour at which we can catch up on any employment related issues to be discussed or further personnel activity to be undertaken and review the service agreement. More frequent visits are accommodated if required, as part of the retained service fee.
- Contracts Administration Service for drafting of employment contracts and offer letters for all new employees as required up to an agreed number of hours per month.
- A regular Employment Law/Newsletter update sent by e-mail to highlight forthcoming changes or essential topics to be aware of.
- HR Administration activities carried out off-site and sent via e-mail in conjunction with the advice line. This may include drafting letters of concern, disciplinary letters, amendments to contracts, communication notices etc. as required.
- Password access to the secure area on the HR Initiatives website. This will include management working guidelines, employment law updates, and hot topics, both current and historical.
- Access to unlimited On-Line Training for over 150 learning modules via Academy10 our business partner.
- Free Updates to the Staff Handbook and Management Administration Guide.
