The HR Retained Service is made up of:

Advice Line providing a telephone / email service to discuss issues, obtain advice or gain ideas on any Human Resources related subjects.

  • Practical and logical advice given at all times
  • Availability from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends, 9.00am to 5.30pm
  • Unlimited use

Contracts of Employment

  • Template Contract designed for you to implement, or
  • Contracts designed and implemented with your workplace with full consultation

Staff Handbook containing the policies, procedures and standard forms needed to ensure you and your employees are aware of their rights and responsibilities. It will keep your business on the right side of employment law. Additional benefits include:

  • Presentation of the Staff Handbook by HR Initiatives Ltd to your employees to ensure smooth implementation
  • Ideal for companies with 20 or more employees

Personnel Policy Booklet is available for smaller businesses covering essential policies and procedures. Ideal for small companies with up to 20 employees.

Management Administration Guide
to be used in conjunction with the Staff Handbook, providing management with a set of guidelines for handling personnel issues and administration.

All of our documentation is provided with:

  • Template letters and forms.
  • A CD for copying onto the Company network and a hardcopy
  • Regular updates in line with best practice and legislation
  • Available on the secure section on our website

Costs

A Company of 25 employees would expect to pay up to £200 a month, depending upon the exact requirements of the business. There will be a set-up fee of £750 for the Staff Handbook, contracts of employment and Management Administration Guide.
