Emma Williams: Managing Director Emma Williams is MCIPD qualified and has over 13 years experience in corporate HR and HR Consulting. She has an honours degree in Business Studies and a Masters in Strategic HR Management specialising in Change Management and Leadership. Emma has a wealth of experience in generalist HR and particularly in TUPE and has worked in a number of different industry sectors including telecoms, IT, professional services and Consulting.  Emma has strong employee relations and management development skills. Emma also chairs the HR Link-Up Networking group and writes for local business press on HR hot topics.

Penny Perschky: Learning and Development Penny Perschky is an associate Training and Development Consultant. Her remit will be to update and develop our training portfolio and plan future training courses in line with the 2007 Training Directory - which will provide all our clients with a list of training and learning events for 2007 including our forthcoming Seminar on Data Protection for small businesses - please see page 4 for a full list. Penny has a strong background in Sales, Credit Management, Customer Service and  Learning and Development for Ford Credit UK. .
