        OUR TEAM

The HR Initiatives team combine over 50 years experience in business and HR management.  The principal members of the team are:
 

Emma Williams: Managing Director
Emma Williams is MCIPD qualified and has over 13 years experience in corporate HR and HR Consulting. She has an honours degree in Business Studies and a Masters in Strategic HR Management specialising in Change Management and Leadership.
Emma has a wealth of experience in generalist HR and particularly in TUPE and has worked in a number of different industry sectors including telecoms, IT, professional services and Consulting.  Emma has strong employee relations and management development skills.
Emma also chairs the HR Link-Up Networking group and writes for local business press on HR hot topics.


Penny Perschky: Learning and Development
Penny Perschky is an associate Training and Development Consultant. Her remit will be to update and develop our training portfolio and plan future training courses in line with the 2007 Training Directory - which will provide all our clients with a list of training and learning events for 2007 including our forthcoming Seminar on Data Protection for small businesses - please see page 4 for a full list.
Penny has a strong background in Sales, Credit Management, Customer Service and  Learning and Development for Ford Credit UK.



Elaine Connolly: HR and Recruitment Executive
Elaine has worked in Recruitment and Selection for over ten years and comes to us with a wealth of recruitment experience. Elaine is responsible for recruitment and selection, including the design and implementation of our new bespoke Recruitment Response Handling Team, which deals with our client's Recruitment Campaigns including advertising, short-listing, interviewing and selection. Elaine is working on various recruitment campaigns from small response campaigns to campaigns with over 200 applicants. Her current responsibilities range from interviewing and implementation of assessment centres to selecting successful candidates for interview. The Recruitment Response Handling Team also provides campaign feedback and equal opportunities monitoring and ensures our clients maintain legislative requirements throughout.

  • NLP coach certification
