Emma Williams MCIPD

Our Managing Director

Managing Director, Emma has extensive experience in generalist Human Resources Management, the last five of which at Director/Board Level. Emma has worked in a variety of professional services/telecoms/IT/travel industries in both an operational and strategic HR capacity.

Emma is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has an Honours degree in business studies and a Masters in strategic Human Resource Management, specialising in leadership and change management.

  • Significant TUPE and Merger experience from Due diligence through to post Transfer consultations and restructuring – 100 + personnel
  • Extensive employee relations experience up to and including tribunal representation

Pauline Aubigne MCIPD

Senior Human Resources Consultant
Pauline is a highly qualified human resources professional with substantial experience in a wide range of HR disciplines in a variety of business sectors. Pauline is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a background in Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Distribution and Retail.

Penny Perschky

Learning & Development Director
Penny has over 16 years experience in specialist Learning and Development areas. Penny has worked operationally for a global automotive manufacturer, and is a very experienced coach and trainer. She has held a number of management roles, which has allowed her a great deal of experience in developing leadership skills, coaching and counseling, discipline and grievance handling and resolution, recruitment and selection, redundancy and restructure, performance management and learning and development.

Penny is accredited as a Certified User of Thomas International’s Personal Profile Analysis and its related instruments.

Key Experience/Knowledge
  • HR Advisor, particularly for Charity and not-for-profit organisations
  • Module writing, including research and design, for a number of leadership and management courses
  • Business Recovery experience up to and including planning and execution
  • Extensive Leadership experience including training needs identification, design, development and delivery of management training, managing teams, etc

Caroline Miles MCIPD MSSP

Senior Human Resources Consultant
Caroline is a professional HR Consultant, with extensive experience and knowledge of generalist HR. Caroline adds a further dimension to the team, with her specialist paralegal knowledge in employment law, and is a practicing member of the Society of Specialist Paralegals.

Charlie Gardner

Senior Human Resources Administrator
Charlie is our Managed Services Senior Administrator. Charlie works directly with some of our clients on site and in house to support them with their HR administration needs. Charlie is CIPD qualified in HR Practice, which means she has direct and specific knowledge and understanding of the role of HR in an organisation, resourcing talent, performance and reward, managing the employment relationship and using and sorting HR information.
